McAlisters Deli in Yukon

Wife really enjoyed a half Italian.

I have really enjoyed the McAlister's in Yukon. The staff is helpful and the Manager, John Brese, was very accommodating. I do hope the Spud Ole' returns though. I will continue to eat at this location.

Excellent service I like the atmosphere it is very relaxing out side just one little detail the margaritas are $3 in taco Tuesday but the margaritas are half way cup but I really like it

We love McAlisters in our family, but always seem to be shorted on our orders at this location. We never seem to have the problem at any of their other locations. I repeatedly have had my pickle spear left out, and the past 2 times we've ordered a bread bowl on the app, we did not receive it despite being charged for it and having it clearly listed on the ticket. When asked if my order was ready by one of the cashiers, the girl bagging the food was very huffy about it and that should have been my warning that my order was put together half heartedly. Starting to think it's worth driving a little farther to go to a better location where we will get all of our food.

Just a great place to get some food, eat, and chat it up! Close to other stores, so you can easily walk a bit to burn off the great food. Staff is very friendly and comes around to make sure you experience is pleasant. Highly recommend!

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and I feel for the price, the portion was very disappointing. I was very dissatisfied with the sandwich, it was basically mixed greens and bread. I took a picture it was so bad! I use to be a fan but last few times I ordered I experienced the same issue. The wraps I got were basically a salad in a tortilla. The tea and cookies are good though! Hate to leave a bad review but just not worth the money!

Very popular dinner spot on a Wednesday evening. Line was long, but they were ready for us! We didn't wait long to order and we didn't wait long for our food either. Great service and great meal! And as usual, great tea! Thanks Mcalisters!

Not bad, place was clean but part of the menus were broken so we're didn't see the whole menu. It also took the girls at the counter about 3-4 minutes to acknowledge us... And that was only after the manager told them to help us.

The salad with blue cheese is worth the money

My overall experience was just okay. The guy that took my order seemed kinda out of it. I didn't get his name. He had long nails and B.O. My soup wasn't very hot. But the tea is always good. Nick was very nice. He was quick to bring me my correct order after I told him the first plate he brought wasn't what I ordered. I was going to rate this place two stars. But, my experience with Nick brought it up to three stars.

The restraunt was open and seating was available, very clean. The food was delicious and we recieved it in a timely matter.

Alot of their stuff is gluten free if you are allergic to gluten. All their food is amazing.

The food is always delicious! Service was great...very friendly staff! Only problem was the dirty upholstery on the seat backs in our booth.

This Mcalisters location is by far my favorite! The customer service fantastic, and the staff really does a great job of making you feel welcome.

Employees not very attentive. Have given me inaccurate orders every time I have chosen to get food from this location. Even when my order was placed via their mobile app, still inaccurate & shorted product. When assured it was correct & would be checked, employee never checked to even know if the order was correct. Paid for extra meat & cheese, did not get either. Sent food back, extra meat was corrected, but not cheese. All accompanying vegetables were very sparse, only 3 small pieces of red onion and 6 olive pieces for entire full sized sandwich. Pretty pathetic. I understand food cost is a big deal, but so is paying for what you DON'T get. If this is an acceptable standard for you, then you'll love the place.

We do not eat at McAlister's often. This trip was the first for us in over 2 years. It was a good, quick meal. My kids had the "pizza" and my wife and I had baked potatoes. I wish that had fresh salsa to use because I like that for my baked potatoes since I cannot use dairy products. For a casual fast food place, they are pricey. We spent nearly $29 on our meals.

There was an employees kid running around behind the counter, my potato was overcooked and the restaurant was dirty. I went middle of the afternoon. They were slow so there should be no excuse for being in this state. Last time I was here it was shortly after you opened and the food and atmosphere was great.

Make sure to take advantage of the choose 2 menu. Really appreciate the helpfulness and attitude of what believe to be the manager on duty. I didn't very his name but thanks making my group feel special tonight.

Great food, great service! Lunch time was packed, workers were fast to clean tables and remove dishes as well as serve refills and find the time to be courteous! Really enjoyed my meal! Thanks!

Love love love their baked potatos!! Nice staff. App is irritating though. I'm picky and it doesn't let me take off and add certain things.

Food was delicious and the lady that took our order was super friendly!

Walked in and the place was busy but service was really quick! I was with a party of 6 our food came out fast and just as we ordered! Then while we were eating staff came around multiple times being sure we all had what we needed and that our drinks were filled. Just overall a wonderful experience!

The staff is hit or miss on courtesy. Sometimes we come in and they are great. Other times the manager is in the office with the door shut and everyone is walking around like they don't want to be there. The food is less than spectacular. I've posted pictures of the potatoes I've gotten here that are super old and potato skin is hard as a rock.

I like McAlisters, but I had a bad experience at this one. Asked for my sandwich, chips, and cup of soup. The girl at the counter wasn’t enthused about life I guess, and didn’t put chips on my order. The manager, Jackie, brought out food and asked what I had, so I told her. She said chips weren’t on the ticket, did I want some?? Sure I do, I ordered them. She brings them out and tries to charge me. The girl at the front didn’t even offer me my receipt, so I told her no thanks and I appreciate the hospitality since you guys messed up. She didn’t care. Anyway, it’s a little petty and it’s not the money that’s the issue, it’s the principle. Thanks Jackie, you’re great at your job

Fantastic as always the Savannah salad is my absolute favorite!

Dined at McAllister's this evening. Had a reuben sandwich that probably had 1/2 pound of meat on it. Plenty food and not too expensive. Mrs. had a similar sandwich with similar quantity of meat. I recommend you try it if you've not been there before.

I want to start off by saying, I love McAlister’s. I can’t get enough of the Savanna Chopped Salad. The past two times I’ve ordered I’ve gotten shorted. First, I was served a mediocre sized 1/2 salad with my Choose 2 order & was shorted the chicken that ALWAYS is served with the particular salad. Whatever. They were nice enough to fix it although a staff member tried arguing first that I was incorrect. Then I order through DoorDash tonight. Ordered a side of mac-n-cheese with my meal, and it was literally the smallest order I’ve seen. Two, maybe three bites worth. I was so excited about this bomb a** Mac-n-cheese, too! Now my heart hurts for getting cheated out of what I paid for. Like, you could clearly tell it was a tiny-tiny serving. Why would someone knowingly serve that? The Rona is causing meat shortages, not Mac-n-cheese shortages....my goodness.

I don’t think I can say too much or I’ll just be rambling. They took our order then brought us our food that we had just ordered them we consumed said food and it tasted as described on the menu that was provided to us via the large board on the wall. So overall (without having to ramble on and on for no reason except to get to 200 characters) it was a great place. :)

I used to come here all the time and it’s always been good until today. They don’t have Chicken noodle soup anymore, a place that sells soup and the fact that it’s getting colder, you would think they would have it. They don’t sell mashed potatoes and gravy anymore, I went to go order a slice of the Cinnabon cheesecake they had advertised because it’s my friends birthday and they said that they don’t have it anymore, so I tried to get a slice of the chocolate spoon cake, they don’t have that either.The sweet tea was watered down as well, Such a shame I’m probably not going to come back here.

It was great ! My husband said it is his new favorite place . It has such a variety to pick from . With such high quality ingredients .

Food is decent but don't waste your time asking for a pickle on the app. Curbside Pick-up is a bit of a joke. The past two times I have ordered curbside, I wind up waiting 10 minutes or more and finally just go in.

I ordered soup broccoli and cheese and soup was cold.

Always great food. That much is a given. But what's better is the staff is always amazing. They are friendly, helpful, they will make a joke with you, and make suggestions. You can tell they genuinely like their jobs.

This place has awesome food and good prices for adults and amazing prices for the kids and the tea is AWESOME would highly recommend plus the service was great 😄

Always great food and a great price. The food is fresh and either got or cold however you order it. There is something for everyone here. Kids meals are also a healthier alternative when eating out!

Standard McAllisters. Good food, great tea. Staff are nice but the last few times I have felt like I was taking up there time by ordering, by their attitude or asking for a table to be cleaned. Their were about 10 tables open, all dirty. It was busy but they had quite a few staff. Apart from that, we have never had a problem with their food and we will still be coming back!
